Our commitment

MediaSignage Inc. (DigitalSignage.com) wants everyone to be able to use this website and the SignStudio application, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We check new pages against that standard and fix issues on existing pages as we find them.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following issues and are working on them:

• Color contrast: some text on marketing pages (light gray text and text placed over images) does not yet meet the AA contrast ratio.
• Carousel controls: some image and plan carousels cannot yet be paused or fully operated from the keyboard, and their controls lack accessible names.

If one of these stops you from getting information you need, contact us and we will provide it another way.
