Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
MediaSignage Inc., doing business as DigitalSignage.com, does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use targeted advertising, we have no data broker relationships, the product shows no ads, and our website runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of. You do not need to submit an opt-out request, and nothing on this page or in our Services changes that status.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Since we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC signal does not change how we treat your data.
Your other rights
You can exercise every other privacy right at any time, wherever you live:

How to submit a request
- Email mstech@mediasignage.com with the subject "Privacy request".
- Open a helpdesk ticket.
- Write to MediaSignage Inc., 5776-D Lindero Cyn Rd #182, Westlake Village, CA 91362, USA.
Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address registered on your account. We verify requests through that address; if your request comes from a different address we may ask you to confirm it from the registered one.
Timing and non-discrimination
We respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time we will tell you why and extend the period once by up to 45 more days. Requests are free of charge, and we will not deny you service, charge a different price or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Authorized agents
You may ask an authorized agent to submit a request for you. We require the agent to provide your written permission, and we may verify the request with you directly before acting on it.
