Yodeck and OptiSigns free tiers are applied where the screen count qualifies. Hardware is extra for every vendor: an Android stick or Raspberry Pi behind an existing TV is roughly $30 to $60 per screen one time; commercial displays and appliances cost more (see the cost guide).

Methodology

Sources. Only prices a vendor publishes on its own public pricing or help pages, in USD, as linked in the Source column. No quotes, resellers, third-party review sites or hearsay.

Verification. An automated watch fetches each vendor's pricing page daily and flags any change in a dollar amount; a person then re-verifies the row and the change is logged above. Rows were last fully hand-verified in August 2026. Where a vendor blocks automated fetches (NoviSign), the row is verified manually.

What is excluded. Hardware, installation, taxes, annual-prepay discounts, education or non-profit discounts, and negotiated enterprise rates. Where a vendor publishes several tiers, the entry tier and the top published tier are listed; the vendor's page has the rest.

Not verified. Cells marked n/v were not confirmed by us at the verification date and are intentionally left unfilled.

Conflict of interest. DigitalSignage.com sells one of the products listed. The dataset exists because engines, journalists and buyers keep asking what digital signage costs and no neutral, dated table existed; the source links let anyone check every cell in minutes.
