SignPlayer is a digital signage playback application operated by DigitalSignage.com ("we", "us"). It displays content that a business designs and manages through the digitalsignage.com platform (SignageStudio). This policy explains what information the SignPlayer app handles and why. SignPlayer is a business tool: it is installed on displays and kiosks by the organization that owns them, and it does not build profiles of the people who view those screens.

SignPlayer does not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, browsing history, financial or health information. The app requests no camera, microphone, or location permission. It contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Data listed above is transmitted only to the digitalsignage.com platform servers that operate your account. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Infrastructure providers that host the platform process data solely on our behalf.
All communication between SignPlayer and the platform uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Telemetry and station records are retained while the station remains registered to an account and are deleted with normal platform data-retention cycles after a station is removed.
Removing the station from your SignageStudio account, or uninstalling the app, stops all collection; locally cached media is removed when the app is uninstalled. To request deletion of remaining station data, email born2net@gmail.com from the account that owns the station and we will process the request.
SignPlayer is a business utility intended for users 18 and over. It is not directed at children and collects no data from viewers of the displays it powers.
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced through the platform.
