SignStudio is the management and design application for the digitalsignage.com platform, operated by DigitalSignage.com ("we", "us"). Businesses use it to design signage content, schedule campaigns and monitor their displays. This policy explains what information the SignStudio app handles and why. SignStudio is a business tool: it operates on the account of the organization that signs in, and it does not build advertising profiles of its users.

SignStudio does not collect phone numbers, precise location, contacts, messages, browsing history, or health information. Media is uploaded only when you explicitly choose a file. The app requests no camera, microphone, or location permission. It contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Plan purchases and billing are handled on the digitalsignage.com website, not inside the app.
Data listed above is transmitted only to the digitalsignage.com platform servers that operate your account. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Infrastructure providers that host the platform process data solely on our behalf.
All communication between SignStudio and the platform uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Account content is retained while your account remains active and is deleted with normal platform data-retention cycles after an account is closed.
You can delete scenes, media and stations from within the app at any time; uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of your account and its remaining data, email born2net@gmail.com from the account owner's address and we will process the request.
SignStudio is a business utility intended for users 18 and over. It is not directed at children and collects no data from them.
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced through the platform.
